We make books, share recipes, take photos and tell stories. We seek out the best chefs and producers of small and unique regions of Australia, and showcase food culture through recipes, features and photos.
Our books are high-quality, hard cover cookbooks. The recipes are signature dishes from distinguished regional chefs, and are all tailored to be cooked at home. Each chef has their own style and cuisine type so whatever food you’re into, you can be sure there’s a recipe for you.
At Quicksand, we also want to be involved in promoting a healthy local food culture. So we take the time to talk to all our featured chefs and producers, to learn about their passion and their role in the community.
